in case of damaged items, packages never received, wrong items received, or any other concerns or issues with your order. Please email us at info@myempties.com to initiate a return.

In the email, you must state the issue, the tracking number, the product number, the date the order was received, your address, and a high quality image of any damages to the product.

If we do not have all of the information stated above, we will not issue a return or refund.

No returns after 14 days from the shipping date.
